We are looking for a Coordinator who will also work as a Dispatcher and Helper. This role makes sure customer orders are handled correctly and on time. You will assist with enquiries, pick and pack orders, and coordinate daily deliveries. The job needs someone who is fast, active, and can learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and handle customer enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, messages)
Coordinate orders with the sales and warehouse team
Prepare daily delivery schedules and support dispatch
Pick and pack customer orders accurately
Check items, quantities, and expiry dates
Assist drivers during loading when required
Keep the work area clean and organized
Update basic order status and inform customers if needed
