We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Coordinator - Credit Card Sales
to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination with internal departments and external clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of credit card products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely submission and processing of credit card applications.
Verify customer documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Follow up with operations, processing teams, and banks to track the status of applications.
Maintain and update daily/weekly sales reports, trackers, and performance dashboards.
Assist in organizing sales campaigns, promotions, and training sessions.
Communicate with customers when required for missing documents, clarifications, or application updates.
Ensure all applications comply with internal guidelines and bank/regulatory requirements.
Handle data entry, filing, and record-keeping in an accurate and organized manner.
Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a sales coordination or back-office role, preferably in financial services or banking.
Familiarity with credit card sales processes and documentation is an advantage.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM tools.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
