Monitor the quality of ingredients and ensure all received products meet required freshness and specifications.
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards throughout the kitchen.
Manage the kitchen team and assign tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels, place food orders on time, and minimize waste.
Supervise final dish presentation and ensure all plates are served attractively and consistently.
Train chefs and kitchen assistants on proper Arabic cooking techniques and professional kitchen practices.
Coordinate with management to create seasonal menus and special offers that enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor operational costs and improve productivity without compromising quality.
Handle special customer requests and ensure their dietary needs are met.
