Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes from Asian and Arabic cuisines.
Ensure consistency and quality in all food preparation and presentation.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and stock management.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Create innovative menu items while maintaining authentic flavors.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and operates efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef, with a focus on Asian and Arabic cuisines.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary arts.
Immediate availability to join.
UAE experience is a plus.
