Responsibilities:

-Assist COO to carry out daily tasks and handle affairs

-Assist COO in cross-departmental communications,and coordinate the relationship between subordinate business departments

-Assist the work of public relationship with various internal and external units

-Responsible for the partial management of work within business department authorized by the COO

-Assist CEO in other related work such as conference preparation for different departments

-Reception of visitors/guest ,business travel accompany, interpretation etc

-Assist COO in completion of various management structures as well as procedures,and issue it to different business departments on time.

-Complete other work related tasks assigned by the COO
