is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancer. The Conveyancer will be responsible for handling all processes related to property transfers, NOCs, customer service support, documentation control, and coordination between clients, developers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, administration, NOC issuance, and transactional processing, with strong attention to detail and excellent service standards.
Responsibilities
- Property Transfer & NOC Management
Issue NOCs for Primary Market Transfers, Secondary Market Transfers, and Mortgage-related NOCs.
Provide customers with required information related to property transfers such as required documents, outstanding balances, and upcoming payments.
Coordinate with clients, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure timely issuance and processing of NOCs.
Handle inquiries related to property maintenance and ownership matters.
- Customer Service Handling
Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain high levels of service standards while dealing with customers face-to-face and through communication channels.
Manage customer queues efficiently to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
Assist clients with general information about property procedures and documentation requirements.
- Service Request Processing
Raise and process service requests such as:
Late payment fee waivers
Extension payment requests
Payment deferments
Property reinstatements
Other client-related service actions
Ensure all service requests are submitted accurately and followed up until completion.
- Documentation & Administrative Support
Handle incoming documents, invoices, and maintain updated records for property files.
Process documents related to transfers, payments, service requests, and customer requests.
Support in preparing letters, updating systems, and maintaining proper filing structures.
Coordinate with external vendors or relevant parties when required.
- Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with internal teams, developers, and government bodies to facilitate accurate processing of transfers and NOCs.
Ensure all conveyancing activities comply with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Monitor pending tasks, ensure timely submission of documents, and follow up on outstanding matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar real estate administrative role in the UAE (preferably Dubai market).
Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA regulations, Oqood, Ejari, and property transfer procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms (Trakheesi, Dubai Rest, DLD apps).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
Fluency in English
Experience in customer service, banking service requests, NOC processing, or administrative operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve issues effectively.
