We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Conveyancer to join our team. As a Sales Conveyancer at Driven Properties, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring a smooth conveyancing process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts, and other contracts related to real estate transactions. Conduct legal due diligence to identify any potential risks or legal issues related to property transactions. Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for property transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and legal obligations throughout the conveyancing process. Facilitate the transfer of property ownership, including managing the transfer of funds, coordinating with banks and financial institutions. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property transactions and related legal matters. Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate legal advice.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field UAE driving license Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Conveyancer in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
