of data center and network solutions. The successful candidate will oversee ICT projects, support advanced technologies, and ensure the stability and security of mission-critical infrastructure.

Operate and implement control room and data center systems.
Support complex network upgrades and migration activities.
Perform
root cause analysis
and resolve highly complex networking issues.
Provide 1st and 2nd line management of regional network management control room operations.
Mentor junior engineers and provide real-time escalation support.
Work closely with system integrators to manage ICT projects and implementations.
Coordinate with Cisco TAC and vendors for escalated troubleshooting.
Translate business goals into actionable and governable roadmaps.
Contribute to future architecture to deliver new services while reducing cost and risk.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Electronics & Communication.
3-5 years' experience
in a similar role.
Must hold
CCIE Data Center certification
.
Must hold
CCNA Routing & Switching certification
.
Strong understanding of LAN, SAN, NAS, and cybersecurity environments.
Ability to analyze, configure, and manage medium to large networks.
Desirable:
Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
VMware vSphere and virtualization experience.
Knowledge of voice solutions.
Exposure to Asset Affairs business functions.
Technical Knowledge Required:
Hands-on experience with:
Cisco UCS Servers (Blade/Rackmount)
VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter), Virtual Machine deployments
TACACS / RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, IP services
EMC SAN products (VNX), SAN switch zoning & server integration
EMC NAS (Isilon), NAS shares management
EMC backup solutions (DataDomain, Avamar, RecoverPoint)
DNS Servers and LDAP (Active Directory) administration
Antivirus solutions for large-scale data centers (e.g., Sophos)
Windows Servers 2012 / 2016 administration
L2/L3 network device configuration
