Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage
ITS systems
, traffic signals, CCTV, and dynamic message signs.
Monitor traffic conditions, detect congestion, and implement proactive solutions.
Manage
road incidents, severe weather, road closures, and diversions
.
Provide
real-time traffic information
and operational support for major events and abnormal/hazardous loads.
Liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure effective communication.
Support
tunnel operations
, road network optimization, and system development.
Maintain professionalism and ensure
confidentiality of control room operations
.
Work
24/7 in rotational shifts
as required.
Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
? Experience in roads control room operations and
ITS systems
? Knowledge of
incident management, traffic control, and tunnel systems
? Ability to work
rotational shifts
? Strong
English communication skills
(Arabic is a plus)
