Job Description

Liaises and coordinates with all concerned departments in the KFSH&RC organization in the preparation, completion and follow up of administrative contracts and preparation of related reports both manually and from the Oracle system as directed by the Director.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1. Assists the stakeholders of administrative contracts in the KFSH&RC general organization in the preparation of their requirements. 2. Responsible for follow ups regarding all the processing stages of the administrative contracts cycle . 3. Ensures that all relevant contract information are entered in the Oracle system. 4. Reviews all contract documents and ensures that they are completed in accordance with all applicable government and Hospital policies. 5. Handles all inquiries pertaining to all processes/stages of administrative contracts manually and in the Oracle system. 6. Prepares and formats the reporting of relevant contract information both manually and in the Oracle system and ensures that all data provided are correct.
Education
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Law, or related discipline is required.
Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Master's Degree, or three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor's Degree is required.
