Visitor Services Coordinator \xe2\x80\x93 ARABIC SPEAKERS NEEDED Location: Abu Dhabi Duration: Permanent Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 2 years of experience as Visitor Service Coordinator, Customer Service-related position \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a role that involved dealing directly with the public and giving information. This could be paid and/or voluntary and is not limited to, but could include settings such as a museum, school, and visitor attraction. Preferably in the Arts, Culture or Tourism sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all written work \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multitask in a calm, organized and flexible manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work flexibly and cooperatively as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all written work \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to accurately use point-of-sale equipment for cash and debit/credit card sales
