Key Responsibilities:
Manage all
contractual and commercial activities
throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the full
procurement process
for both
design consultants
and
construction contractors
, from prequalification to contract award.
Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents, agreements, and commercial terms ensuring compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Provide expert advice on contractual risks, claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with internal project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement and contract management.
Prepare procurement strategies, tender documentation, evaluation reports, and recommendations for award.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Support budgeting, cost control, and commercial reporting activities.
Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10 years of experience

Strong competence in
contractual and commercial matters

Solid experience in the
procurement process for design consultants and construction packages

Prior
consultancy experience
is essential.
