Job Title: Contracts & Procurement Manager.

:

A highly skilled Contracts & Procurement Manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and contract management within the organization. Ensures timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, manages vendor relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, selection, and negotiation. Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Liaise with legal teams and senior stakeholders on contract risks, terms, and obligations. Source, evaluate, and manage supplier/vendor relationships to ensure quality, performance, and cost efficiency. Monitor and control procurement budgets and generate cost-saving initiatives. Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract status. Ensure all procurement and contracting activities are compliant with internal controls and external regulations. Lead cross-functional teams to support procurement activities for large-scale projects. Resolve disputes or issues related to suppliers, contracts, or deliveries.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills In-depth knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or equivalent are an advantage Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in industrial, construction, or oil & gas sectors
