Job Description

Tendering
1) To manage the advertisement process and prepare invitation letters, ensuring participation is limited to registered companies.
2) To compile tendering documents by coordinating internally, with Business Units within DP World on their requirements
3) To ensure all obligations are carried by vendors/suppliers/contractors out as per defined terms and conditions.
4) To prepare tender documents and relevant documents by effectively coordinating with DP World departments.
5) To participate in tender opening and ensure all tenders related documents are recorded for future reference.
6) To prepare commercial evaluation to assess vendors qualification.
Contracts
7) To prepare contracts documents up to signature stage and forward contracts copies to the concerned departments for execution and implementation.
8) To ensure timely action is taken on all service and projects contract expiry dates and follow up on the same.
9) To monitor all master contract files for all contracts and ensure all records/files are documented.
10) To ensure invoices received are in accordance with contracts terms and condition prior to end user Approval.
11) To interact and liaise with Finance Department for Bank Guaranty and other relevant matters to ensure release of payment in time.
12) To prepare monthly/yearly management reports for management review and decision making.
13) To liaise with the Legal Department for contract requirements as and when required.
