Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage contracts throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations
  • Support resolution of contractual issues, variations, and claims in coordination with client, contractor, and consultant teams
  • Prepare, review, and manage contractual documentation, formal correspondence, and commercial reports
  • Advise project leadership on contract strategy, commercial risk mitigation, and procurement approaches
  • Liaise with legal, commercial, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
  • Provide expert input on contract interpretation, entitlement assessments, and commercial negotiations
  • Support governance, reporting, and decision-making processes related to contract and commercial matters
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum of 20 years overall professional experience with at least 10 years in contract administration on rail or metro projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record in contract administration on major infrastructure or transportation programs
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other international standard forms of contract
  • Chartered or professionally qualified with a recognized international body such as RICS is an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong technical writing capability
  • High level of professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
