Role Summary
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for administering, reviewing, and managing contracts both pre-award and post-award. The role involves ensuring contractual compliance, identifying risks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting dispute resolution while contributing to consistent contract governance across projects.
Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate complex contracts and commercial agreements
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle from initiation through closeout
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and resolve contractual issues
  • Analyze contractual risks, obligations, and commercial impacts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
  • Develop and apply effective contract management processes and controls
  • Monitor contract milestones, deadlines, renewals, and variations
  • Prepare reports on contract performance, compliance status, and financial exposure
  • Support the resolution of contractual disputes, claims, and change events
  • Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in contracts administration, preferably within large projects or international environments
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial principles
  • Experience working with contract management systems and Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose practical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
