We are looking to hire a
Contract Specialist
for a6-month contract
with a reputed company inQatar
.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration. Strong knowledge of Qatari contract laws and commercial regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company policies. Monitor contract performance and manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. Coordinate with legal teams and internal departments to ensure contractual obligations are met. Maintain a repository of all contractual documents and track deadlines.
