Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements. Support procurement and project teams in contract planning and execution. Ensure contract compliance with legal, commercial, and operational requirements. Monitor contractor performance and manage claims, variations, and disputes. Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting for internal stakeholders. Liaise with legal, commercial, and offshore operations teams to ensure alignment. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 15 years of contract management experience in the oil and gas industry. Proven offshore project experience. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills. Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET) preferred. Additional Details
