Job Description

The Role

To deliver a sourcing project and execute it as per the DOA and Ariba requirements o Lead RFP's discussions, register vendors as per the requirements, gather the requirements and execute the sourcing strategies o Project manage the vendor negotiations and keep a record of all engagements with internal and external stakeholders o Manage the contract administration by maintaining a contract repository, contract approval forms and creating contract summaries for the ongoing contracts o Engage with vendors for execution of NDA's registration and sourcing projects. Develop points of contact across key vendors and maintain a relationship

Requirements

Bachelor's in an analytical subject or equivalent professional qualification and experience o Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in aviation or aerospace sector o Experience in Vendor negotiations ,contract management and sourcing process o Analytical mindset - Can review contracts, gather key data and present using analytical tools o Understands key legal and commercial terms that are used in contract management o Has business acumen, can build technical business cases and connect cost with operations o Airline Technical Operations or BFE management experience is an advantage
