Job Description
Qualification (Minimum)
-Bachelor in any Engineering discipline OR Law Graduate, OR Industrial Management etc
-With excellent background experience, Finance or Business Administration Graduate also acceptable
Experience (Minimum)
-Min 8 Years of experience as Contract Officer or Head of Contracts or equivalent positions.
-Preferable work experience in UAE in recent 3 years with project contracts background.
Skills
-Contract management: Contracts officers has to manage the contracts; therefore, the candidate shall have strong contract management skills which includes knowing how to create contracts, how to review contracts and how ensure that contracts are in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s requirement, policies and meeting all local government requirements.
-Communication and Negotiation: The candidate shall have strong Communication and Negotiation Skill, since the job requirement includes strong communication and negotiation skill to communicate/negotiate with different government authorities and internal departments, individuals in multi culture environment.
