Contract Manager (with Contructions Background)
Job Description
Strong Walls Construction is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Manager with a strong background in contributions and cost control to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance, minimizing risks, and handling cost contributions and claims accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Manage claims, variations, and contractual correspondence
Monitor project contributions, budgets, and cost allocations
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents
Support procurement and commercial teams during tendering and execution phases
Requirements:
related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry
Strong understanding of contract law and construction contributions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and contract management software
