Contract Management Assistant

to support our legal, administrative, and operational teams in managing client and vendor contracts with accuracy and compliance.

Role Overview:



The Contract Management Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, tracking, organization, and renewal of contracts and agreements. This role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with contractual processes, and coordination across multiple departments to ensure timely execution and compliance with internal standards and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and MOUs under supervision. Maintain a centralized digital and physical contract database, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and easy retrieval. Track contract timelines, renewal dates, expirations, and notify relevant departments in advance. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary inputs for contract finalization and approvals. Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy standards. Liaise with external stakeholders (clients, vendors, legal advisors) regarding contract documentation and requirements. Support audit readiness by organizing and presenting required documentation when needed. Assist in generating reports on active contracts, risks, and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in contract administration or office coordination, preferably in transportation, logistics, or corporate services.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Odoo ERP is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
