The selected candidate will be responsible for managing business operations within the contract loading team, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely and relevant data to the business and its customers.
Lead and develop contract loading processes based on best practice and assessing the efficiency of the system functionality. Manage and oversee the development of effective working practices to drive efficiencies and removal of manual processes.
Liaise with stakeholders and customers to respond to their needs and ensure business requirements are being met, agree group service level agreements and provide reports on data trends both routinely and on request. Ensure all actions are owned with a focus on continuous improvement to minimise losses.

Plan:
- Agree and monitor group service level agreements (SLAs). Provide robust real time data reporting (via dashboard).
- Liaise with all stakeholders ensuring reporting is fit for purpose. Implement corrective actions for any breaches of service levels and notify stakeholders accordingly,
Proactively seek stakeholder engagement and arrange regular sessions with each line of business to review performance and receive feedback.

Deploy:
- Manage, motivate and develop contract loading team by working closely with the Training & Quality Assurance Manager.
- Negotiate and co-ordinate demands on resources by different lines of business and in response to seasonable fluctuations to ensure the service runs efficiently and effectively, maximising economies of scale.
- Support upskilling & continuous improvement/development of all loading staff.
- Work with all sites to ensure an effective operational set up and implementation, ensuring all stakeholders are briefed and engaged.
- Work in line with forecasting to ensure correct headcount in place at all times.
- Work with key business areas for prioritisation of workloads in line with business needs.
- Work closely and in collaboration with product and purchasing teams globally.
- Regular travel to other sites as & when required (including Clark, UK & India).
- Close working relationship with all loading/support/management functions in Clark.

Lead:
- Overall operational responsibility for Yalago contract loading - providing expert knowledge, direction and best practice guidance across the business.
- Proactively seek opportunities for service and process improvement and maximise the full potential of the Derwent system, work closely with the IT Team to ensure full system functionality is being utilised and explore potential enhancements & loading interfaces.
- Create a quality focused and energetic environment, where people take pride in the accuracy of their data and in innovations which create further improvement.

Execute:
- Closely monitor, track and report all contract loading errors and losses, review trends and make recommendations based on best practice and implement accordingly to minimise losses, set targets for delivery of YOY loss reduction,
Support bed brief roll out on Salesforce & enhancements to the MI from the system.
- Provide insight & support relating to system migrations & Derwent integration to all brands.

Qualifications:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Experience:
- Airport Operations. Other
- 5-8 years experience working in travel or an associated industry, preferably on the supplier side of the business.
- Experience working directly with or managing teams across multiple sites.
- Experience in contracts management (as a supplier or distributor).
- Background with working in or with Travel Purchasing, Product and Contract Loading teams.
Knowledge/Skills:
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Understanding of loading/contracting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, particularly the ability to work cross-culturally.
