Job Vacancy: Contract Executive

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced

Contract Executive

to join our team in Qatar.

Assist the Commercial Manager with pre- and post-contract activities for all FM Services. Interact with LREDC, Service Providers, and Sub-Service Providers throughout the contract duration. Handle contractor and consultant claims and disputes. Draft tenders and contracts for FM service providers and prepare pre-qualification packages, ensuring thorough review for contractual, legal, safety, risk management, financial, tax, and accounting compliance prior to client approval. Attend regular meetings with Service Providers. Provide support in contract interpretation during the contract period and ensure proper close-out in line with established procedures. Identify contractual issues and potential claims, take appropriate corrective action, and keep LREDC informed. Prepare and maintain documentation for change/variation orders, letters of instruction (LI), and contract correspondence. Monitor expenditures against contract cost limits and prepare formal notifications and approval requests to clients. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university. Minimum

5 years of experience

in contract administration and management, handling multiple contracts, claims, and contractual issues. At least

3 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf Region

, preferably with registered Engineering Consultants or internationally renowned companies. Strong knowledge of local General Conditions of Contract, Standard Method of Measurement, QCS, FIDIC, variation orders, and cost analysis/claims. Candidates with similar technical qualifications and substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
