Key Responsibilities

• Prepare service contracts for new vehicle models and update existing contracts when required
• Maintain all service contract details in SAP IS AUTO to ensure accuracy and prevent revenue discrepancies
• Update parts and service pricing within contracts to reflect approved rates
• Create and manage service contracts for fleet customers, ensuring correct configuration
• Generate ad-hoc reports and data extracts for internal stakeholders
• Respond to branch contract-related requests such as transfers, terminations, refunds, and reinstatements
• Support corporate teams with pricing requests and new business initiatives
• Complete all tasks within required deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and process compliance
