Main Responsibilities & Task:
Contract Administration
:
+ Coordinate contract reviews with internal departments (legal, finance, etc.)
+ Ensure accurate execution and documentation of contracts
+ Negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers
Contract Management
:
+ Maintain a centralized and updated contract database
+ Track contract deadlines, renewals, and terminations
+ Improve systems and tools for better contract oversight
Compliance & Risk Management
:
+ Ensure adherence to company and legal standards
+ Monitor risks and conduct regular contract audits
Stakeholder Collaboration
:
+ Communicate contract terms clearly to all stakeholders
+ Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
+ Foster positive vendor and supplier relationships
Reporting & Improvements
:
+ Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis for management
+ Identify trends and opportunities to improve contract processes
+ Develop and track contract KPIs and performance metrics
