. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, and material submittals while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, company policies, and
ISO 9001
standards.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and project agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and project standards.
Maintain well-organized contract documentation and assist in resolving disputes.
Send inquiries and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers (Architectural, Structural, and MEP).
Coordinate procurement activities and material submissions with the planning and project teams.
Track material approvals and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
Prepare engineering logs, procurement schedules, and weekly progress reports.
Contribute to tender preparation, risk assessment, and cost estimation.
Review, assess, and document contract variations, change orders, and claims.
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or
Construction Engineering
.
Minimum
5 years
of experience in contract administration within the construction sector.
Familiarity with
FIDIC
,
JCT
,
NEC
, and related contract frameworks.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, material management, and project coordination.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and contract management software.
