Business Excellence ManagerJob Purpose:
To drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and support the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on analyzing workflows, identifying waste, and ensuring sustainable improvement in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business and production processes to identify areas for improvement. Lead and support Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma projects to enhance process efficiency. Develop process maps, value stream maps, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor and report performance metrics (KPIs) to track progress of improvement initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and corrective actions. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manpower utilization and workflow. Facilitate problem-solving workshops (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram). Drive digitalization and automation initiatives in coordination with relevant departments. Provide training and awareness sessions on Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies. Support ISO, 5S, and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives within the business.
