Continuing Education Program Manager M/F Presentation The International University of Rabat has become from its first years of existence a model of an innovative establishment benefiting from growing attractiveness and a image of professionalism and rigor recognized nationally and internationally. Mission . Coordinate the logistical aspects relating to the operation of the college's CE programs . Ensure the reception and processing of requests from college CE participants . Manage and process applications on the dedicated platform . Pr prepare contracts and fee notes for temporary teachers attached to the college 's FC . Prepare the schedule of programs and examinations for continuing education programs . Edit the college FC registration certificates . Coordinate with the internal administrative entities of the UIR . Promote the diplomas open to trade fairs, congresses s and Open Days . Coordinate and monitor the communication actions of the College FC . Monitor the invoicing of programs . Ensure regular recovery of turnover from College programs . Prospect candidates and transform them into registered participants . Become the privileged contact with participants . Animation and in-depth and individual follow-up of contacts interested in our programs until . their definitive integration: incoming and outgoing e-mails and telephone calls. . Participate in all program promotion actions Profile Training Profile BAC + 5 or equivalent diploma with a minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar sector (University or Training Center) would be an important asset. Knowledge . Project management methodology . Communication techniques . General budgetary knowledge Know-how . Master languages including Arabic and French, English desirable. .
