We are proud to have developed an industry-leading cutting-edge AI-based tool that has already captured the hearts and minds of over 2.5 million users worldwide. We\'re seeking a Content Writer & Social Media Manager (total work experience between 2 to 5 years) skilled in guiding cross-functional teams to creatively and compellingly engage with our target audiences. The ideal candidate is a passionate storyteller, enthusiastic about embodying Fliki\'s brand voice with both creativity and grammatical precision. Responsibilities include developing and sharing writing guides, establishing processes, collaborating with other writing teams at Fliki, and contributing top-notch storytelling within the Marketing, Product and Sales teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality and engaging blog posts, emailers, site copy, social media posts and other optimized digital content for SEO.
- Research industry trends and topics to develop fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Work closely with the marketing and founding team to ensure all content aligns with our brand\'s tone, voice, and messaging.
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure that it is error-free, accurate, and meets our quality standards.
- Collaborate to create and implement effective content strategies that drive traffic and engagement.
- Participate, build and execute processes around customer support.
- Create original and strategic solutions\xe2\x80\x94from conceptual development all the way to execution.
- Proactively gain knowledge of Fliki\'s products, processes, audiences, key business objectives, and competitive landscape and connect that knowledge to your day-to-day craft.
- 2+ years of experience working as a content writer with social media experience.
- A portfolio of writing samples and examples of your work.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to write optimized content for search engines.
- Strong experience in creating textual, audio and video content for various social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. and copy writing for blog posts and web content.
- Proven experience in customer support or success roles, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with tools like Design (eg. Figma, Canva), Emailer/CRM (eg. Customer.io, HubSpot, MailChimp, SendGrid), Chat (eg. Intercom, Crisp), Video editors (Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Fliki) and recording softwares.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially in English language.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
