We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Content Creator and Social Media Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Implement the social media strategy, ensuring that brand messages are consistent
Plan and manage social media campaigns
Define the most important social media KPIs
Measure and report on the performance and success of all social media campaigns and assess against goals (conversion rates, ROI and KPIs) and continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics and insights and then acting on the information
Create, publish and manage content on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc. to grow an audience, increase engagement, build brand awareness, and ensure the visibility of the companys social content
Create and manage the company social media calendar, and ensure consistency with other PR and marketing activities
Draft content and work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Stay up to date with the latest social media, trends, best practices and technologies as well as any new platforms
Review new and emerging technologies and keep the company aware of developments in social media marketing
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of social media objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of current online social media marketing concepts, strategies and best practice
Experience in identifying target audiences and developing campaigns that engage and motivate the target audience
Research and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of all existing social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram,
