Job Title: Brand, Advertising and Social Media Manager

Department: Marketing

Direct Manager: DGM Marketing

Main tasks and responsibilities (Including team management if any):
  • Brand & Creative:
    • Be the main point of contact for all brand-related communication with global marketing teams.
    • Ensure brand guidelines are cascaded to all internal departments, NSCs and agencies
    • Understanding of all global campaigns and provide feedback to incorporate regional relevance.
    • Development of Regional Launch Strategy and Campaign for new car launches
      • Liase cross functionaly on the development of media strategy and go to market strategy
      • Liase cross functionally with retail team for alignment of required assets
    • Development of Sustain Strategy and Campaigns for exsisting models
      • Liase cross functionaly on the development of media strategy and go to market strategy
      • Liase cross functionally with retail team and International markets for alignment of required assets
    • Development of Brand assets in line with global brand strategy to help drive familiarity and opinion on the brand
    • Development of Brand assets in experiential activities and launch events.

  • Social Media
    • Development of Social Media strategy in line with the over arching brand strategy and carline strategy
    • Drive agile social media content creation with an understanding of social media behavior, trends, moment marketing and regional relevance.
    • Development of Monthly content calenders
      • Liase cross functionaly on the development of media boosting strategy
      • Share content calendars with NSCs
    • Development of social media campaigns
      • Liase cross functionaly on the development of media strategy ensuring social media compliments big campaign ideas.
    • Liase with PR teams on PR activity and compliment with social media recommendations
    • Monitor NSC social media pages and provide monthly audits together with social media agency

  • Other
    • Manage the creative agency relationship
    • Share monthly content calenders NSC\'s
    • Share monthly brand updates with NSC\'s
    • Ad-hoc reporting to management & global stakeholders
  • Budget
    • Responsible for handling all creative production budget & reporting
    • Ensuring spends are in-line with BP targets
  • People
    • Work closely with Media and Retail manager to ensure delivery of KPI\'s
    • Work closely in supporting and mentoring the team members to ensure their success in their respective role

BACKGROUND & SKILLS REQUIRED

Personal Skills
  • 5-8 yrs experience
  • Experience in the Middle East
  • Experience in Automotive
  • Previous experience in Creative Agencies is a plus
  • MS Office, mainly PPT & Excel (advance)
  • Strong understanding of social media and consumer behavior
  • Results-oriented
  • Creative thinker
  • Problem-solver
  • Confidently manage multiple stakeholders
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to manage a team

Minimum Education

University degree in Marketing / Communications

Language Requirements

Fluent in Business English
Dubai United Arab Emirates
