About the Team
TikTok Middle East Operations Team's mission is to guide and accelerate the formation of the sustainable content eco-system, connect all the XFN team together from MKT, Commercial to Data, Product team and so on to support all our business goals and manage the relationship with our core users & partners.

Our Creator team is the engine behind our creative, unique, and diverse creator community and supports the growth of a local and rich content ecosystem that you see on TikTok.
Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential creators to TikTok.
  • Foster strong relationships with creators and assist with their account management.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-potential TikTok creators by developing customized analytical strategies.
  • Assist in managing online and offline events with sports influencers and celebrities
  • Increasing creator's content quality, frequency of posting, platform engagement, and audience growth.
  • Establish evolving best practices and educate new creators on how to optimize performance
  • Measure and analyze individual and overall creator performance.
  • Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from creators and support with data.
  • Handle the operational performance of Content Creators, and assist their content performance on a daily basis
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to highlight creators and support their initiatives.
  • Great communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience related to influencer marketing and influencer management in the Middle East.
  • Excellent understanding of content, video, and creation.
  • Solid understanding of digital content/strategy making, digital video, entertainment/social platforms.
  • High-level understanding of the sports industry and sports community in the Middle East.
  • Experience in creators management/influencer landscape (talent management is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skillset is preferred, including comfort with Excel and presentations.
  • Extensive network of contacts and influencer relationships in sports across the Middle East.
  • Collaborative team player, action-oriented, and a strong drive for results.
  • BS/MS degree in journalism, media, communications, marketing, English, or PR is preferred.
  • Experience in sports management and events.
