Content Manager Others

A content manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and management of all digital and print content produced by an organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the content aligns with the company\'s brand, objectives, and target audience. The content manager collaborates with various teams, including marketing, communications, design, and development, to create compelling and engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the organization\'s goals and target audience. Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Content Management: Oversee the content production process, including content ideation, creation, editing, and publishing. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and insights for content creation.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page SEO techniques, and monitoring content performance using analytics tools. Stay updated with SEO best practices and industry trends.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and user feedback. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and improve performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, development, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing and business objectives. Provide guidance and support to content creators, writers, and designers.
  • Content Governance: Establish and enforce content governance policies, including content standards, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure compliance with copyright laws, brand guidelines, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 proven experience as a content manager, content strategist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in communication: English & Arabic
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Design Skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
  • YouTube Studio Management (Checking the content status and for other content activities)
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
