Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative

Content Lead

to support an upcoming project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the event's program by working closely with clients, speakers, and other stakeholders to create an agenda for the event, develop impactful session content and fill up the agenda with the right speakers that aligns with the event's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Program Development:

Collaborate with clients to understand the event's objectives and target audience. Conceptualize innovative and engaging session ideas tailored to the program's theme.

Content Creation:

Draft detailed session descriptions, blurbs, titles, outcomes, and key takeaways. Prepare moderator guiding questions for panel discussions, ensuring a cohesive flow of dialogue. Partner with speakers to refine and develop compelling keynote sessions.

Agenda and Scheduling:

Design and manage the event agenda, allocating appropriate time and durations for each session. Assign speakers to respective sessions based on expertise and event requirements. Adapt to and manage schedule changes or amendments efficiently.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Act as a liaison between clients, speakers, and moderators to ensure alignment on expectations and deliverables. Provide consistent updates to the project team on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in content coordination, event programming, managing a team. Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling content. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with event planning or the speaking industry is a plus. Available to join immediately Must be based in UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
