Event Planner (project Based )
Job Description
Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and organized Event Planner to plan and manage birthday parties and weekend events at Adam's Club. The ideal candidate will design themed experiences (e.g., science, sensory, or craft-based themes) and lead engaging activities for children during these events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute themed birthday parties and family events.
- Develop creative event concepts and activity ideas for kids.
- Manage all aspects of event setup, coordination, and execution.
- Work closely with our team to ensure events run smoothly.
- Propose event packages and themes for community marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning (children's events preferred).
- Strong creativity and ability to design engaging, hands-on activities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with families and children.
- Availability on weekends and for scheduled events.
Compensation:
This is a project-based role. Compensation is paid per event, based on number of kids and size of event
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From AED120.00 per hour
Experience:
administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
