We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Content Creators Manager

to join our team. The primary role of this position is to recruit, manage, and support content creators to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and goal-aligned content across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruit content creators according to the company's standards and brand direction.

Manage and guide content creators, providing ongoing support and direction.

Develop clear content strategies to achieve strong growth and engagement.

Oversee the entire content creation process from ideation to execution.

Train creators to improve performance, audience interaction, and digital presence.

Organize content schedules and ensure consistency and on-time delivery.

Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and shared projects.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, etc.).

Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights and improvement recommendations.

Suggest innovative ideas to enhance content quality and strengthen brand presence.
