Not looking for a videographer. This role is for someone who understands content, trends, and engagement.
We're a leading real estate company in Dubai looking for a smart, creative, and social media-savvy Content Creator who can not only create engaging content but also guide our agents on how to shine online.
Key Responsibilities
:Take videos of our agents, listings, and behind-the-scenes content for social media
Be responsible for producing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.)
Suggest creative concepts, formats, and content ideas
Guide and support agents on how to act and speak confidently on camera
Occasionally appear in videos and act as the face of the brand if needed
Stay up to date with trending audio, formats, and styles
Requirements:
Must have an iPhone 15 Max or above with high-quality camera capabilities
Proven experience creating social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Good eye for framing, lighting, and angles -- all shot on phone
Confident in directing others (agents) on how to pose, speak, and act on camera
Very good editing skills using mobile apps like CapCut, InShot, Canva
Energetic, proactive, and creative personality
Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
