Content Creator / Social Media Specialist

with hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ideating, scripting, and producing engaging content that elevates our brand presence across digital platforms from social media reels to podcasts and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing and branding objectives. Ideate and write compelling scripts for short-form videos, reels, and podcasts. Produce creative, informative, and relatable content that reflects company culture and enhances employer branding. Collaborate with the marketing and videography teams to bring concepts to life through strong visual storytelling. Write SEO-friendly captions and copy for social media, newsletters, and campaigns. Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends to create fresh, relevant, and audience-focused content. Post and manage content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Content Writer or Social Media Specialist within Dubai's real estate sector. Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, storytelling-based content, and video scripts. Excellent writing, editing, and concept development skills. Ability to simplify complex real estate topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content. Solid understanding of SEO and social media algorithms. Highly creative with the ability to generate unique ideas and adapt them across platforms. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
