We are Stability Properties LLC, a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and creative individual to join our team as a Videographer & Content Creator.

Content Creator Responsibilities:

Create engaging social media content that attracts attention and showcases our properties. Write catchy captions in

English and Arabic

for property videos and marketing posts. Edit short-form videos and reels tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage and update company social media accounts with fresh content. Monitor performance (views, likes, comments) and suggest improvements.

Videographer Responsibilities:

Shoot professional-quality videos. Ensure all video equipment is prepared and in good working condition. Plan and execute shoots based on company requirements. Edit and finalize video content for use across online platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Videographer or Content Creator. Previous real estate videography/content experience is a plus.

Fluency in Arabic

Portfolio of previous video work (if available). Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut). Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver fresh ideas. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Physical stamina for property shoots.
