Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality, on-camera reels and video content for all social media platforms --covering property tours, project updates, market insights, and client testimonials.
Independently create original content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interest.
Plan, schedule, and manage a monthly social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
Edit video content using popular mobile editing apps (such as CapCut, InShot, or VN).
Present confidently on camera in both
English and Hindi
to connect with a diverse audience.
Collaborate with the marketing team on scripting, creative concepts, and campaign themes.
Handle basic admin-related tasks.
Real estate market awareness is a strong plus--being able to incorporate market insights into content is highly valued.
Take on commission-based real estate agent responsibilities -- actively seek new clients, assist with property transactions, and earn commission on closed deals.
Stay up to date and research real estate trends and adapt content to align with current social media formats for maximum engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in creating social media video content (portfolio or sample content preferred).
Ability to independently conceptualize and execute content ideas.
Familiarity with video editing tools and mobile apps.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in
