Job Description

We are looking a skilled

Content Creator & Videographer

with a minimum of

2 years of experience

in the

Dubai real estate market

. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create high-quality video content, photography, and written content tailored to the real estate industry.

Gender :

Females only with UAE experience.

Preferred immediate joiners only , if anybody having real estate experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production:

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property tours, client testimonials, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.

Photography:

Capture stunning images of properties, interiors, exteriors, and lifestyle shots to showcase our listings.

Content Creation:

Write engaging and SEO-friendly property descriptions, blog posts, and social media captions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align content with company goals and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in content creation and videography, specifically in the

Dubai real estate market

. Must have

own professional-grade gear

(camera, lenses, lighting, editing software, etc.) to execute projects independently. Must hold a

valid visa

and be legally eligible to work in Dubai Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related video and photo content. Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content. Knowledge of social media trends and platforms, particularly in the real estate sector. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
