Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Manager to bring our beauty brands to life across all digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can capture authentic, beautiful, and engaging content for our 17 beauty lounges and in-house beauty brands covering nails, hair, and skincare.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production (Main Focus)

Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos and photos across our beauty lounges and for our own brands. Capture the energy, beauty, and personality of each location and product through creative storytelling. Direct and guide models, team members, and clients during shoots to achieve the best poses, angles, and results. Demonstrate a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and framing to create visually stunning content. Ensure all visuals are on-brand, aesthetic, and aligned with our beauty identity. Edit and adapt content for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Planning & Coordination

Plan and organize content calendars and schedule photoshoots across branches. Coordinate with branch managers to arrange shoot days, inform teams in advance, and manage time efficiently. Ensure each branch is prepared before filming days. Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative concepts, upcoming launches, and campaigns.

Social Media Management

Write engaging captions and publish content across social media platforms. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages when needed, and maintain the brand's voice and tone. Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content creators by briefing, reviewing, and scheduling content.

Reporting

Monitor content performance and engagement to identify what resonates most with the audience. Provide short monthly summaries with highlights and creative insights. Coordinate with the digital agency for Meta and TikTok paid campaigns when required.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Manager. Excellent filming and editing skills, comfortable with professional cameras or high-end smartphones. Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling. Creative eye for beauty, lifestyle, and aesthetics. Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Canva. Confident in engaging with team members, clients, and models during shoots. Highly organized and able to plan and coordinate content across multiple locations. Valid UAE driving license and own transportation required (traveling across 17 branches). Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
