We're looking for a creative, reliable, and self-driven individual to join our team as a

Real Estate Content Creator & Social Media Manager

. In this role, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content for our property listings and managing our presence across key social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Photo & Video Production:

Capture professional photos and videos of residential and/or commercial properties Edit images and video content for use on listings, websites, and social media (Reels, walk-throughs, etc.) Operate drone for aerial shots (preferred but not required)

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online following Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance

Other:

Collaborate with agents and team members to plan shoots and campaigns Stay up-to-date on real estate and marketing trends
Requirements

Proven experience in photography and video production (real estate a major plus) Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Final Cut, or similar Social media management experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines A portfolio or examples of previous work are required
