Role Summary

The Content and Channel Manager (CCM) is core to Pfizer North Africa vision in collaborating with the Patient and Healthcare Experience team and the cross-functional team. The role will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) that drives a designated category of content/channels, contributes to the "One Pfizer" content and channel strategy, and works with each therapeutic area team and internal/external agencies to jointly develop and implement channel strategies and integrated marketing plans at therapy area level, for the content and channel types under his scope.

The Content and Channel Manager will act as an advisor on how to design, produce and distribute content for his assigned content and channel types and build capabilities among marketers and internal/external agencies to create impactful content, with an optimal time to market at local level.

The role is a transformational role that will build marketing capabilities on how to deploy integrated Content via the right Channel, with a holistic approach starting from planning, designing/briefing all the way through execution and performance measurement, delivering cutting edge, high-quality campaigns that are customized to each customer's needs.

Role Responsibilities Works with CBL (Country Brand Leads), Patient and Healthcare Experience team (P&HX) and other commercial roles to translate strategy and tactics into yearly content management priorities Works with CBLs and other commercial roles to develop/maintain omnichannel Mix and content management plans for key brands in the market Provides a consistent "One Pfizer" approach to deliver cutting-edge channel orchestration and content development best practice based on local knowledge, experience and external benchmarks Harmonizes and Optimizes content format and delivery to meet local customer needs Advises CBLs on how to orchestrate the use of approved channels by customer type, considering their affinity to ensure the best experience possible for the customer Introduces CBLs to A/B testing, trains them on it and ensures a rapid iteration of content with customers Audits content proposals and provides recommendations on how to make content omni-channel adapted Leads the internal content curation exercise and maintains an active, always fresh content bank to support CBLs in content selection and planning Oversees the End to End process and quality & performance of the content delivered through assigned/in scope channels Develops internal team and external agency capabilities on content and channel best practices & trainings and actively brings to them to markets in collaboration with global and regional functions Develops trainings to create/enhance agile, omni-channel content creation capabilities in collaboration with L&D

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related discipline, Masters degree preferred 5+ Years experience in business management, marketing, or communication fields Background/Experience in digital marketing or multi-channel/omnichannel marketing is essential with digital agency experience preferred Pharma industry experience is a plus Experience in digital marketing and operations, including launching/running company websites, company emailing platforms and social media platforms (organic and paid) Competency in basic HTML, Design tools and platforms, and office suite Track record of cross-functional, multi-level project leadership, coordination and management Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project timelines with critical deadlines and interdependencies in a highly matrixed organization Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships. Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization Background/Experience in process design, mapping and optimization as well as VOC collection (internal and external) Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal relations, influencing and communications skills Strong English and French language ability (both written and spoken) Understanding of the rules/regulations governing pharmaceutical companies' external engagements, as well as data privacy and telehealth ecosystem, laws and regulations
