Excellent customer support skills via Telephone, Email and Social Media
Strong listening and conversation skills with clarity in communication
Fast thinking and solutions orientated approach
Ability to prioritize daily tasks and queries
Quick decision making and be great to work as a team for best solutions
Passion to learn new things
Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
Interest and passion for fitness
