Key Responsibilities -
8 years + contact centre experience.
2 years in Real Estate (preferable).
Good command over English language.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Team Management experience.
Experience in managing offshore / outsourced operations.
Managed Support functions (SQ / Training / WFM).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
