During your tenure as a Data Strategy Manager in the AI & Data team, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:

\xc2\xb7 Understand Client Strategies and be able to formulate data strategy to align with business value

\xc2\xb7 Ability to assess as is data and analytics client practices against best practices

\xc2\xb7 Ability to draw a target state for the client and roadmap to reach that target

\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage own work against the project plan to ensure a superior client experience

\xc2\xb7 Understand the client\'s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices

\xc2\xb7 Conducts research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client\'s needs

\xc2\xb7 Able to understand & gather clients\' data needs and business objectives to develop tailored and impactful data strategies

\xc2\xb7 Gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations

\xc2\xb7 Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients

\xc2\xb7 Understand the current technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into data strategies and advising on the integration of new technologies for optimal results.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 7 years of experience in Data and Analytics strategy is a must

\xc2\xb7 2 to 3 years of experience in Consulting is a plus

\xc2\xb7 An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering; MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding and appreciation of software development and database design

\xc2\xb7 Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours

\xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel (required)

\xc2\xb7 Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic

\xc2\xb7 Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables

\xc2\xb7 Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyze complex data with good attention to details
