We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented
Consultant Planner / Planning Engineer
to join our team in the real estate development and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project planning and control, with
over 10 years of experience
managing large-scale projects using advanced scheduling tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive
project schedules, baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS)
, and
resource allocation plans
using scheduling software (e.g.,
Primavera P6
).
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define
project objectives, scope, and deliverables
.
Monitor project
progress and performance
against established schedules and budgets.
Identify
critical paths, risks
, and opportunities to optimize timelines and resource utilization.
Coordinate with
procurement, logistics, and construction teams
to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resources.
Prepare and update
progress reports, variance analysis
, and
forecasting reports
for management review.
Conduct regular
schedule review meetings
with project teams to address issues, resolve delays, and ensure alignment.
Analyze project data to support
decision-making
and provide actionable recommendations for
process improvements
.
Ensure compliance with
project specifications, quality standards
, and
health and safety regulations
.
Support the development and implementation of
project control procedures and guidelines
.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or a related field.
10+ years
of relevant experience in project planning and controls within the construction industry.
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
,
MS Project
, and other planning and scheduling tools.
Solid understanding of
project life cycles
,
construction methodologies
, and
contract administration
.
Strong
analytical, problem-solving
, and
communication skills
.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
