Planning Engineer shall work in close cooperation with Project Manager(s) / Resident Engineer(s) at site and perform the following functions, but not limited to: Prepare detailed design and construction plans and time scaled charts and diagrams. Develop and analyze resources and cost loaded, time phased schedules and identify schedule slippage or other unsatisfactory performance contributing delays. Review and evaluate extension impact on change requests and claims. Prepare impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and evaluate proposed mitigation strategies. Review third-party design and/or construction schedules and provide comments. Prepare detailed schedule analysis reporting documents and briefing materials as required. Develop creative reporting tools to communicate project sequencing and/or delay assessment. Continually monitor and evaluate step by step of a project management process to ensure that the ongoing projects are meeting budgetary and deadline goals. Report to Management to discuss the progress of each project and identify staffing needs, schedule changes, project scope adjustments and more. Forecast project goals and completion. Develop project schedules, budgets and progress reports. Perform other project and duties as assigned by manager. Good understanding of contractual terms and procedures. Job Requirements

Attested university certificate. Experience in the field 7-10 years. Previous experience in infrastructure works and with consultant firm is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
